Richard Berlinsky,RAA,GRI

Richard Berlinsky has been active in the Real Estate industry since 1986. Throughout the years he has specialized in the areas of appraisal and land use.

In 1994 Richard founded Appraisal Resource Company, Inc. This firm focused on Real Estate appraisals for Lenders, Investors and Attorneys. In 2000 ARC acquired Jerome Appraisal and in 2003 Appraisal Consultants of New England. These firms specialized in revaluation projects for municipalities throughout Southern New England with services dating back to the 1970's.

In 1996 he founded Quidnessett Realty, Inc which focused on Brokerage and Property Management,the name was later changed to Equity Advisory Group, LLC

Richard served on the North Kingstown Zoning Board of Review for over 5 years and is currently the immediate Past President of the Commercial/Appraisal Board for the Rhode Island Association of Realtors,Chairman of the Rhode Island Association of Realtors Education Committe, and sits on the Rhode Island Appraisal Board for the Department of Business Regulations.

Richard attended Nasson College where he received a BS in Arts Management. He also received his MS in Appraisal Technology from Western States University for Professional Studies.

He attained the GRI and RAA designations from the National Association of Realtors and is a candidate for the CPM  property management designation from IREM.

Bill Johnson, Commercial Broker Associate

Bill has a combined fifteen years of commercial and multifamily real estate experience, which includes asset management, operations, leasing and sales. Prior to joining Equity Advisory Group, Bill served as a Senior Leasing Agent for Regency Centers, where he was responsible for merchandising and leasing all operating assets and new developments in the New England Region.

Prior to Regency, Bill served as Director of Commercial Real Estate for the Picerne Real Estate Group. At Picerne, Bill oversaw the property management and leasing of an industrial, office and retail portfolio consisting of 40 properties and totaling over one million square feet. In addition, Bill asset managed a 400+ unit scattered site apartment portfolio, which included multiple apartment communities, historic buildings, and Low Income Housing Tax Credit properties.

Bill holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration from Bryant College.  He has also been an active member of ICSC for the past 12 years.

A native of Rhode Island, Lou has been a resident of Cranston since 1986. He holds a BA from Bryant University in Computer Science. His wife of 25 years is a Business Analyst for FM Global Insurance.  They have two children. Their daughter, is a senior at Johnson and Wales University of Rhode Island, and is working toward her degree in Hotel Management achieving consistent Deans List honors. Their son is a Cranston West senior with a serious interest in Computers and music and especially the school band, who has achieved honors as well.

experience as both a buyer's and seller's representative he has a wealth of

Prior to his affiliation with Equity Advisory Group Doug was associated with a local Prudential Real Estate company where, as a member an award winning team, he was recognized annually as a multi-million dollar producer.

A life long Rhode Islander and a South County resident for more than twenty five years, Doug has a deep affection for this area in which we live.  From coaching youth sports to helping at a local residential vocational school, he believes in giving back to the community which has been so integral in his success and the quality of life he has enjoyed.
