Appraisal Resource, our appraisal division, provides appraisal and revaluation services to national lenders, investors, and municipalities. Our appraisal team has valued over four million properties throughout Southern New England over the past several decades.
Our property management team has handled the leasing and capital improvements projects for office/retail buildings in Rhode Island and Massachusetts.
